As a NAS Storage Domain expert at Wipro Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading initiatives and projects, ensuring their successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a NAS subject matter expert, providing strong guidance and direction in all aspects of NAS design and support, asserting your technical authority to achieve successful outcomes. - Demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge of NAS and the NetApp product suite and technologies. - Ensuring the global NAS estate is available, performant, stable, and resilient, and delivers to expected service levels. - Harnessing automation technologies to simplify processes and increase efficiencies. - Collaborating with peers in the Storage and Backup Team to engineer solutions, develop designs, new products, standards, and roadmaps. - Performing ad-hoc capacity and performance sizing exercises, providing clear and coherent recommendations with defined outcomes. - Deploying, building, testing, and integrating new assets into production while complying with procedural, technical, and security standards. - Participating in data migrations with a sound awareness of migration flow, prerequisites, dependencies, testing, success criteria, and risk mitigation to ensure zero incidents. - Utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills in responding to incidents, including major incidents and escalations, and leading collaborative efforts for successful resolution. - Participating in the on-call rota for escalations and major incidents, as well as supporting production and project needs out of hours when required.
