Windows hardening by fixing windows Vulnerabilities and security Compliance. Working with the vendor for any H/W failure. Installation & Configuration of Servers & monitoring them such as AD, DHCP, DNS, Fileserver, Web Server, FTP server. Creating User Accounts and apply for permission through Group Policy Assigning Disk Quota limit & providing a resource as per requirement and giving access right & permission to shared resources Mirroring & RAID 5 technology used in case of failure of physical server HDD Hardening of Windows servers through Group Policy. Monitoring Events logs for servers. Taking regular backup of Active Directory. Hardware Support for Servers Working on Incident, Problem and Change management tickets and following standard operation procedures (ITIL) Working on Acceptance into servers (AIS) servers, Monitoring ticketing tool ( Raising Change Request and attending Change Call in CAB meeting. Supporting day to day activities, Providing RCA. Strong knowledge of AD FSMO roles and Functional level Plan, design, troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies Windows Performance Tuning and troubleshooting Configure and Manage AD DS Sites and Replication Implement and Administer AD LDS Hands-on knowledge in various recovery scenarios of AD, DNS, DHCP, Clusters Configure DR for Windows Server Roles and Features Knowledge on recovering of AD & various Windows roles and features Expert in Terminal Server RDS, IIS administration Expert in troubleshooting Windows Failover Clusters issues.
