Act as section in-charge for an assigned section. Take charge of allotted lab(s). Maintain and upkeep all lab equipment and accessories of assigned labs. Ensure timely calibration of lab equipment as per schedule through Maintenance In-charge. Handle theory classes for allocated classes as per syllabus. Evaluate and rate efficiency of lab exercises for relevant trainees. Evaluate trainee's theory files for the subject handled. Prepare failed students for supplementary exams by: Creating a timetable, Conducting preparatory tests, Presenting progress reports of failed trainees in MRM. Maintain relevant IMS (Integrated Management System) documents related to assigned work. Submit necessary information for unit-level meetings to IMS coordinator via Department Head by 1st week of the month. Mentor concerned trainees and maintain mentoring records. Act as coordinator for section quality circle. Activity display of all trainees in a section. Timebook of all trainees in a section. Lab manuals and theory files of all trainees for handled subjects. Recommend trainee leaves, vacations, and outgoing passes.
