As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to create compelling visual solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating production files for printing and production, conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, creating images and layouts using design software, studying design briefs, determining requirements, preparing rough drafts, and presenting ideas. You should possess an HSC/Bachelor's degree in any field and have proven graphic designing experience of 0-1 years, specifically in file adaptation and sample making. It is essential to have in-depth material knowledge for manufacturing of POSM (Point of Sale Marketing) such as FSU, parasite hanger, CTU, etc. A keen eye for aesthetics and details, along with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines, are key attributes for this role. This position is based in Lotus Industrial Park, Survey No. 371, Hissa no. A/14/6, Pehlar, Vasai Phata, Vasai East, Dist Palghar- 401208. The role offers full-time employment with a salary range of 10,000-16,000, operating on a schedule from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Preferred residence locations include Vasai, Nalasopara, Virar & Naigoan. The benefits include health insurance, yearly bonus, and the work location is in-person in Vasai, Maharashtra.
