Sr. General Manager – CSR
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Sr. General Manager – CSR to lead our corporate social responsibility initiatives with a strong focus on strategic planning, impact measurement, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving key CSR verticals by identifying high-impact opportunities, collaborating with implementation partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role demands a visionary thinker with strong execution capabilities, someone who can integrate CSR into business strategy and effectively communicate its value across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks. Identify and manage impactful projects in areas such as education, healthcare, environment, and skill development. Mobilize external funding and build partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and social enterprises. Oversee end-to-end program execution, budgeting, monitoring, and impact assessment. Ensure legal compliance and present reports to senior leadership and CSR committees. Foster employee volunteering and CSR engagement initiatives. Qualifications Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred. (PS: Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with an exceptional portfolio and proven track record in CSR leadership.) 5+ years of experience in CSR, development sector leadership, or sustainability roles. Proven track record of executing large-scale, sustainable, and high-impact CSR programs. Deep understanding of CSR legislation, ESG trends, and social development frameworks. Preferred Skills Strong strategic planning and on-ground execution abilities. Demonstrated success in fund mobilization through CSR grants, donor relations, or external partnerships. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in impact assessment, project documentation, and CSR reporting.
