The role is located in Faridabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading negotiations to close deals. The role will also require collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Excellent relationship management and customer service skills Experience in market research and identifying business opportunities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
