As a Senior Business Analyst at our company, you will be a key member of the product team based in Chennai or Trivandrum. Your role will involve shaping the product strategy, analyzing business requirements, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and the development team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to define and refine product requirements. You will conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and market research to gather business needs, and then translate these requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and process flows. Working closely with development and QA teams, you will ensure the accurate implementation of features and analyze product performance using data to recommend improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining product documentation and supporting change management processes, acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment. To excel in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product-based or tech-driven company. A strong understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential, along with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma/Balsamiq, and the MS Office Suite. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. If you have experience working in SaaS or B2B product environments, familiarity with API documentation and integration workflows, or certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA, it would be advantageous.
