Figma Prototyping Specialist - (Noon-shift)

We are searching for a creative and detail-oriented UX-UI Designer to join our expanding team. The perfect candidate possesses a robust visual aesthetic, proficiency in digital design, and hands-on experience with Figma prototyping. You will collaborate across teams to transform ideas into reality through engaging and effective design assets. Your responsibilities will include creating visually compelling graphics for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and product interfaces. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing interactive Figma prototypes for UI/UX projects in close collaboration with product and engineering teams. It will be your duty to uphold and enhance brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all channels. You will also be responsible for translating business and marketing objectives into impactful visual storytelling. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts is a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will prepare final designs for production, including exporting assets for development or print, while managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. The qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, proficiency in Figma (especially with prototyping and auto layouting), a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, a solid understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout, as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.). It is essential that you are comfortable working in the noon shift, from 3 pm to 12:00 am IST. Preferred qualifications include experience in designing for SaaS or tech products, a basic understanding of front-end development or web frameworks, skills in motion graphics or video editing (a plus), and familiarity with tools like Canva, After Effects, or Lottie.
