Figma Prototyping Specialist

We are searching for a creative and detail-oriented UX-UI Designer to join our expanding team. The perfect candidate possesses a strong visual aesthetic, proficiency in digital design, and hands-on experience with Figma prototyping. You will collaborate across teams to bring ideas to life through engaging and effective design assets. Your responsibilities will include creating visually compelling graphics for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and product interfaces. You will also be responsible for building interactive Figma prototypes for UI/UX projects in close collaboration with product and engineering teams. Additionally, you will maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all channels, translating business and marketing goals into impactful visual storytelling. Working with cross-functional teams, you will brainstorm and execute creative concepts, prepare final designs for production, including exporting assets for development or print, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, proficiency in Figma (especially with prototyping and auto layouting), and a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work. You should also possess a solid understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout, as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.). Additionally, you must be comfortable working in the noon shift (3 pm to 12:00 am IST). Preferred qualifications include experience designing for SaaS or tech products, a basic understanding of front-end development or web frameworks, motion graphics or video editing skills (a plus), and familiarity with tools like Canva, After Effects, or Lottie.
