Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end warehouse operations and logistics for Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) at Native, ensuring timely availability of materials, efficient inventory control, and seamless dispatch coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of RM, consumables, and FG - Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems - Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material planning - Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper stacking/storage protocols - Plan and execute dispatches as per customer schedules - Monitor logistics partners for timely delivery and cost efficiency - Implement safety, 5S, and lean practices in warehouse operations - Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile variances - Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and material flow Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in industrial warehouse/logistics - Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel - Strong organizational and communication skills - Knowledge of statutory compliance such as E-way bills and GST At Native, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of warehouse operations and logistics, contributing to the seamless flow of materials and products to meet customer demands efficiently.,
