Roles and responsibilities : 1. Maintain accurate records of all materials, spare parts, and equipment in the store, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking. 2. Responsible for the receipt, verification, and storage of incoming materials, spare parts, and supplies; timely invoice process for GRN to update stock levels in inventory. 3. Maintain regular follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt and efficient fulfillment of orders. 11. Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure ongoing performance standards are met. 12. Actively identifies and proposes innovative ideas and efficient methods to enhance processes, optimize resource utilization, and improve overall operational effectiveness. 13. Hands on experience with key Inventory Management concepts like FIFO, FSM, Ageing Analysis & ABC Analysis and techniques like Re-order Point, Safety Stock etc. 14.
