You are required to have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as an Assembly Engineer in the refrigeration industry. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, bending, cutting, and brazing copper pipelines, handling refrigerant gases, monitoring pressure gauges, and ensuring gas balancing. You should also be proficient in interpreting engineering documentation, such as material lists and refrigeration assembly drawings. A basic understanding of the electrical components of refrigeration systems and knowledge of various refrigeration items, including valves, copper pipes, capillary tubes, compressors, driers, and oil separators, is essential. Experience in manufacturing hot and cold chambers, as well as the ability to coordinate mechanical assembly activities related to chamber assembly, such as cutting, drilling, and tapping, is required. You will also be expected to assist with the field/site installation of equipment and service activities as needed. A strong grasp of the production assembly process, the ability to detect and resolve technical issues, problem-solving skills, and a quality-focused approach are crucial for this role. Maintaining 5S standards, effective communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work full-time are essential requirements. Preferred qualifications include 3 years of experience as an Assembly Engineer, 2 years of experience in refrigeration, and a total of 4 years of relevant work experience.
