You are a Senior LabVIEW Developer with over 5 years of experience in Automation Engineering and R&D. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced test and automation projects in manufacturing and R&D settings. Your expertise in line integration, LabVIEW architecture, and PLC-based control systems will be crucial for ensuring system integration, performance, and scalability. Your key responsibilities will include developing complex LabVIEW-based automation and test systems, architecting scalable applications integrated with industrial PLCs, and overseeing end-to-end production line integration. You will design communication interfaces between systems, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot and optimize systems during commissioning and maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting system architectures, user manuals, and integration procedures. To qualify for this role, you should have a B.E./B.Tech. or higher degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience with LabVIEW and industrial automation projects. You should possess strong skills in integrating LabVIEW with PLCs such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi, as well as a solid understanding of industrial control systems, SCADA, sensors, and actuators. Expertise in NI hardware platforms like PXI, cDAQ, and CompactRIO is required, and certification as a LabVIEW Developer (CLD) or Architect (CLA) is preferred. It would be beneficial if you have experience with NI TestStand, vision systems, and robotic integration, as well as skills in panel design, HMI development, and SCADA interfaces. Strong documentation, client communication, and project management abilities are also desirable.
