The primary job function for this role includes achieving the assigned territory/geography-wise sales target, carrying out effective fieldwork without direct day-to-day supervision, reporting fieldwork on a daily basis on the assigned online system, and meeting call average, coverage, frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Candidates with prior/current experience in the same therapy or those from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage. Fluency and confidence in communication are essential for this role.,
