Job Description

WE ARE HIRING FOR THE ROLE : FIELD TECHNICIAN

SALARY RANGE 18K-27K

LOCATION: VILLIVAKKAM

QUALIFICATION: ITI OR EEE

Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning

Install LED lighting fixtures, drivers, panels, controllers, and accessories at client locations.
Perform wiring, mounting, and testing of lighting systems.
Ensure installations comply with safety and electrical standards.

Maintenance & Repair

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in LED panels, drivers, and power supply systems.
Perform replacement of damaged components and restore working condition.
Conduct preventative maintenance checks.

Site Visits & Field Operations

Conduct site surveys before installation.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and electricians at the site.
Provide on-site technical support during and after installation.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare service reports, installation checklists, and customer sign-off forms.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.

Customer Support

Explain product usage, safety instructions, and maintenance tips to clients.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
