Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and committed Field Technician with 2–3 years of experience in the furniture or interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the on-site installation, servicing, and minor troubleshooting of modular and custom furniture components, ensuring timely execution and adherence to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute installation of custom-made office furniture at client sites.
• Read and interpret furniture layout drawings and installation guidelines.
• Handle furniture fittings, alignment, and finishing work (e.g., handles, hinges, locks, etc.).
• Coordinate with project engineers or supervisors regarding work updates and site readiness.
• Perform minor repairs, adjustments, or replacements at the site when required.
• Maintain tools, hardware, and ensure correct usage during site activities.
• Ensure safety practices are followed during installation and handling.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams to address queries or concerns.
• Submit completion reports and site update photos to reporting managers.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in furniture installation or fit-out work.
• Basic understanding of modular furniture systems and installation techniques.
• Ability to read layout drawings or installation instructions.
• Skilled in using hand tools, drills, and furniture fittings.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to project locations as required.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.

Educational Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma / PUC or equivalent technical background preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience working in office furniture projects or commercial interiors.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and carpentry will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
