Field Technical Assistant

You will be working as a Field Technical Assistant in a contract role at Sapience Publications. Your primary responsibility will be to visit schools across Tamil Nadu for on-site app installation and setup. During these visits, you will assist school staff with basic training and troubleshooting while setting up projectors, laptops, and related hardware. It is essential to ensure proper documentation and reporting after each site visit. Your qualifications should include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any technical field. Familiarity with Android/iOS app installation and basic IT support is preferred. You must be willing to travel extensively, including remote areas. Preferred qualifications for this role include previous experience in a field support or tech deployment role. It is also advantageous to have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
