Description
As a Dispatch Coordinator at NTT DATA in Bengaluru, Karntaka (IN-KA), India, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Scheduling and Dispatching: Create daily schedules for technicians, assign tasks, tickets, and work orders based on availability and priorities. - Communication: Maintain constant communication with field staff and service teams. - Technical Support: Act as an escalation point for Onsite Technicians, guide resolution on complex issues in End User Support, and relay real-time information. - Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints related to service delivery, providing accurate information about resolution times. - Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain and update ITSM records in a timely manner, verifying and recording completed tasks and service reports. - Emergency Response: Provide contingency support to resolve issues on priority and coordinate emergency responses. - Quality Assurance: Ensure services meet quality and ITIL standards, reviewing contractual service catalogues to ensure compliance with scope. - Escalation Management: Assist in managing escalations of issues raised in the field. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-4 years of experience in EUC Support on Windows, Office & Desktop Laptop Hardware. - Experience in an ITIL Process-Based Environment. - Hands-on experience with ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy, etc. - Previous experience supporting a team delivering IT services in remote operations. - Excellent written and spoken English skills. - Exposure to Vendor Management and Infrastructure Change Requests is an added plus. - Willingness to work in a 24X7 Shift Based Environment.
