Job Title: Field Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-ground support, ensuring smooth operations at field sites, collecting and reporting data, and coordinating with internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and fluency in Hindi will be considered an added advantage for communication in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit field locations to support operations, troubleshoot issues, and collect data.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and report regularly using Excel.
• Create and manage reports, pivot tables, and dashboards to track KPIs and field performance.
• Train field staff or partners on basic operational procedures if required.
• Provide real-time feedback from the field to the central team for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during field visits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a field support, operations, or coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to field locations as needed.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and basic digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Hindi (speaking) – a strong plus for field communication.
• Graduate degree or diploma in any discipline.
