Job Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Identification of progressive farmers for oil palm area expansion vs given target year to year. Responsibility of effective oil palm area maximization.
2. Oil Palm crop management -guidance to farmers.
3. Day to day field visit, Farmers’ motivation meetings
4. Responsibility of enhancement of FFB production and productivity.
5. Good Liasioning with Govt officials for getting subsidies/incentives.
6. Official communications/reporting as and when required
7. Better coordination with higher authority & farmers.
