As a Field Service Technician in Nadiad, your role will involve servicing the sweeping machines at work sites across India. You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and breakdown repairs of the sweeping machine on customer sites as well as occasionally in the company service workshop. Additionally, you will need to train operators in the proper operation and maintenance of the machine when necessary. Providing telephone technical support to operators will also be part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications as a Field Service Technician should include holding an ITI/Diploma in Automobile background with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience. Knowledge of Engine/Hydraulic Maintenance, experience in preventive/breakdown maintenance in any automobile/cleaning industry, and basic knowledge of Automobile DC wiring are required. You should be willing to travel across India and be able to communicate effectively in Hindi. Please note that you will be required to arrange for your own boarding and lodging while on duty.
