Field Service Engineer (Solar Inverter)

As a Field Service Engineer at Vsole Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd., your role involves providing excellent after-sales service and support to customers who have purchased solar inverters. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues with solar inverters and associated systems. Your key responsibilities include: - Performing necessary field services such as installation, maintenance, and repairs - Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with inverter systems, including power conversion, grid connection, and component function - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners by providing prompt and effective support - Addressing escalated complaints and service requests to ensure timely resolution and improve overall service delivery - Offering technical guidance and support to customers and installation partners on the proper operation and maintenance of solar inverters - Maintaining accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and system performance To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of solar inverters, their function, and common issues - Customer Service Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to manage client interactions effectively - Troubleshooting Abilities: The capacity to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently If you have 1-4 years of experience in the solar industry with specific experience in solar inverter servicing, you are encouraged to apply for this full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat.
