Field Sales Representative

As a Business Development Manager at Roslis Premium Card, your role will involve promoting the Roslis Card in Pathanamthitta district and enrolling and managing active cardholders within 60 days. Once the target is reached, your responsibilities will shift to maintenance and managing duties. You will be expected to explain key member benefits such as early access to exclusive fashion collections, priority service, and more. Additionally, you will assist members monthly to ensure their satisfaction and renewals. Close collaboration with your assigned Business Manager is essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Promote the Roslis Card in Pathanamthitta district - Enroll and manage active cardholders within 60 days - Explain key member benefits and assist members with their needs - Work closely with the assigned Business Manager Qualifications Required: - Confident and motivated communicator - Passionate about fashion and building customer relationships - Based in Kerala with good local contacts - Experience in sales, insurance, education, or retail is preferred but not required - Open to flexible working hours and performance-based rewards In addition to a fixed monthly salary of 40,000 and a commission of 60,000 for exceeding the 600-cardholder target, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, a long-term pension plan, training, and lead tracking tools.
