Role Description

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities for our website development and digital services throughout the Coimbatore region.

Compensation

• Base salary: ₹15,000-18,000 per month
• Attractive commission structure for each closed sale
• Opportunity for career advancement to Sales Manager position
• Fuel allowances provided

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop a strong client pipeline in Coimbatore
• Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements
• Perform basic website demos to showcase our services and capabilities
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions
• Achieve monthly sales targets (manageable goals set for success)
• Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry gatherings

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (mandatory)
• Fluency in Tamil (excellent verbal communication)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic understanding of website functionalities and digital services
• Ability to demonstrate our website portfolio and explain features
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Valid driving license and own vehicle (mandatory)
