Job Title: Bank Sales Officer Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell banking products. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and acquire new customers for banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance. - Achieve monthly sales and cross-selling targets. - Conduct field visits, cold calling, and follow-ups with potential clients. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Explain product features and guide customers through the application process. - Complete KYC and required documentation as per bank policies. - Coordinate with branch staff and support day-to-day sales activities. - Maintain daily sales reports and activity logs. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream). - Fresher or up to 2 years of sales/field experience. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Basic knowledge of banking or financial products is preferred.
