Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors in assigned territory Promote and sell FMCG products to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability at retail counters Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners (distributors, wholesalers, and retailers) Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities Collect customer feedback and relay product improvement suggestions to the team Follow up on collections and ensure timely payments from distributors/retailers Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
