FIELD SALES OFFICER

job Summary:

Sarovar Masala is seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Officers to expand our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new customers including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Promote and sell Sarovar Masala products in the assigned territory
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets
• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide timely reports to the sales manager
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales (FMCG sector preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of confidence and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with local market and distribution network
• Must own a two-wheeler (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/reporting

Education:

• Minimum: 12th pass
• Preferred: Graduate in any discipline

Compensation:

• Salary: 10,000 +
• Incentives based on performance
• Travel allowance as per company policy
