Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Interactive Panel sales or the Audio-Visual (AV) industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, meeting customers, promoting interactive panel solutions, and achieving sales targets across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and customer meetings.
• Promote and sell Interactive Flat Panels, smart boards, and related AV solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, schools, colleges, and other potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain regular reports of customer visits, sales pipelines, and business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a business or marketing qualification is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in field sales.
• Prior experience selling Interactive Panels / Interactive Flat Panels / Smart Boards is highly preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai for client meetings and field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
