Field Sales Manager

FAWDA is an agri-tech startup providing agri-inputs e-commerce services to farmers with AI powered agri-advisory, along with labour and mahcinery needs for farm jobs. Our app - FAWDA - is live on google playstore. e-commerce is coming soon. We are looking for an area manager responsible agri-input sales in charthawal / Baghra / Shahpur areas in muzaffarnagar. You will be Responsible for meeting agri-inputs sales targets in assigned areas of Muzaffarnagar Lead sales and marketing operations - Mentor, train and manage a team of 5-6 field sales executives to expand FAWDA’s marketing reach. You will help hire these field executives. Regular meeting with company founder to track area performance Work area : Candidate location must be around Charthawal, Baghra or Shahpur areas in Muzaffarnagar. Office location is Charthawal. BSc/MSc agriculture is preferred with 1-2 year sales experience in agri-input companies. Team lead experience is not manadatory, however a good positive. Must have good knowledge of agri-input products of top brands, and can identify pest/disease/weed in crops. Rs.14,000 fixed salary + Rs.2,000 fixerd petrol allowance shall be provided.
