As part of our expansion in Dubai, we are strengthening our market presence and looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to drive sales through B2B client visits, partnerships, and on-ground market development. Job Summery We are seeking a Field Sales Executive with at least 2 years of field sales experience . The role involves visiting EV dealerships, automobile workshops, real estate developers, contracting companies, commercial buildings, and electrical retailers across Dubai to promote and sell Calion EV Chargers . Key Responsibilities Conduct daily field visits to EV showrooms, auto garages, building contractors, facility managers, and property developers to promote Calion EV Chargers . Identify and develop new business opportunities in apartments, villas, offices, malls, parking lots, and commercial facilities suitable for EV charger installation. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, installation requirements, and ROI benefits to clients. Build strong relationships with decision makers such as developers, contractors, building managers, consultants, and distributors. Generate new partnerships and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients. Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations. Prepare and maintain daily reports on client visits, leads, quotations, orders, and project progress . Conduct market research, track competitor products, and update management with insights. Coordinate with the technical and installation team for site surveys and project execution. Requirements Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (mandatory). Experience in electronics, electrical products, solar industry, EV solutions, or commercial equipment sales is an advantage. Must be comfortable conducting B2B field sales visits daily. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be based in Dubai UAE driving license is mandatory.
