Job Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through field prospecting, cold calling, cold visits, and relationship building with MSMEs and manufacturing companies. The role involves understanding customer challenges, presenting digital transformation solutions, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.
Key Skills: Field Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Cold Field Visits, Client Acquisition, Relationship Management, Negotiation and Closing.
Mandatory Skills: SaaS, Software Sales, B2B Sales
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Preferred Industry Experience: SaaS, CRM, ERP, IT Services, Business Consulting, or B2B Sales.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience; prior exposure to B2B sales environments; experience selling SaaS Products (Software, ERP, CRM etc.,) or business services is preferred; strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable with daily cold calling and field visits; self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented; own vehicle preferred.
Additional Requirement: Candidates must own a personal two-wheeler, as it is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
