Job Description

Geekstack is looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive with proven experience in sales and client acquisition to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking and direct outreach.
Generate leads and conduct face-to-face client meetings.
Promote website development, Shopify, mobile apps, custom software and digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
Maintain daily sales reports and client follow-ups.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development or client acquisition.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Must be able to demonstrate previous sales performance and client acquisition numbers.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel and meet clients.
IT services or digital marketing sales experience is an added advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
Additional performance-based incentives based on target achievement.

Note: Candidates must have demonstrable experience in meeting sales targets and acquiring new clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
