About Swadeshi Tea Company

Swadeshi Tea Company is an established tea business with a legacy dating back to 1972. We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our retail and wholesale distribution network and build long-term relationships with business customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit grocery stores, kirana shops, tea stalls, hotels, restaurants and wholesale dealers to promote Swadeshi Tea products.
• Identify and acquire new B2B customers within the assigned territory.
• Present product samples, explain product varieties, pricing and wholesale offers.
• Generate sales orders and coordinate with the company for timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate payment collection as per company policy.
• Monitor competitor brands, market prices and customer preferences.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, orders, sales and collections.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in meeting and convincing business owners.
• Basic smartphone skills for reporting and customer follow-ups.
• Self-motivation, discipline and a target-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.

Eligibility

• 12th pass or graduate preferred.
• Previous FMCG, tea, grocery or wholesale sales experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn and travel are welcome.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary: ₹10,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
• Performance incentives: Additional monthly earnings based on sales and customer acquisition.
• Travel allowance: As per the company's approved policy.
• Training, product knowledge and an assigned sales territory will be provided.

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a suitable meal break and field travel. Weekly working hours and breaks will follow applicable employment regulations.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to build a strong customer base, generate profitable sales, secure repeat orders and submit accurate daily sales reports.
