Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. The candidate will be responsible for conducting promotional activities in residential societies, managing exhibitions and stalls, and participating in local events to promote Swadarj products and connect with potential customers.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, be comfortable with fieldwork, and have a strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Society Marketing: Visit residential societies and housing complexes to distribute promotional pamphlets, flyers, and marketing materials.
On-Ground Promotions: Conduct product promotion activities and engage with residents to introduce Swadarj and its products.
Exhibition & Stall Management: Coordinate and manage Swadarj stalls at exhibitions, fairs, flea markets, and other promotional events.
Event Participation: Identify and participate in relevant local events, community gatherings, and marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility.
Lead Generation: Interact with potential customers, generate leads, and encourage product trials and purchases.
Sales & Customer Engagement: Explain product features and benefits, address customer queries, and support on-ground sales.
Planning & Coordination: Plan society visits, promotional activities, and event schedules to ensure effective market coverage.
Reporting: Maintain records of daily activities, customer interactions, leads generated, and sales achieved.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
