Your primary focus will be on achieving New Sales Productivity, Renewal, and Collection targets. You will report to the Branch Manager and work collaboratively with the internal team and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and implement business as per the approved branch plan - Conduct sales promotion activities in the assigned territory - Achieve all Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis - Identify and follow-up with prospective customers promptly - Maximize conversion of enquiries into orders - Ensure renewals meet Company Expectations - Stay updated on developments & business opportunities in the assigned territory - Prepare and update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG) regularly **Customer Service** - Ensure high-quality service delivery - Maintain good relationships with customers - Submit reports to customers on time - Address and resolve complaints in collaboration with Operations and Back office - Conduct detailed inspections & Site Risk Assessments (SRA) - Prepare quotations for customers and collect feedback - Set accurate customer expectations regarding pest management **Administration & Accounts** - Ensure timely submission of invoices and necessary acknowledgments - Follow-up for correct and timely invoicing by the back office - Share costings and customer expectations with operations - Deposit collections to the back office within 24 hours - Review daily collection & billing with the back office department **Maintaining Systems and MIS** - Keep sales-related systems updated timely - Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Reports - Maintain a customer database **Qualification Required** - Graduation in any stream - Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Direct Sales (Facilities Management) for Commercial business profile - Preferable minimum 2 years of experience in Home product/Home service business, residential cleaning services for Residential business profile **Additional Details** At Rentokil PCI, values such as Safety, Integrity, Innovation, Learning & Development, Openness & Transparency, and Performance Orientation are at the core of the company's mission and vision.
