Job Description

Client Engagement & Site Visits: Escort prospective buyers on property site visits, presenting layout options, project highlights, and local neighborhood amenities.
Lead Conversion & Sales: Follow up on inbound leads, conduct in-person consultations, and convert inquiries into booked properties.
Market & Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of active property listings, pricing models, payment plans, and competitor offerings in the local market.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate client records, update deal progress in the company CRM, and report regularly on sales targets and activities.
Negotiation & Closing: Assist clients through price negotiations, token payments, and initial booking documentation in coordination with the legal/closing team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,159.78 per month
