Job Description

Title: Field Sales Executive (Female) – FMCG & Health Food Products Location: Bangalore Company: Myssoru Tea Private Limited ______________ Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive (Female) to promote and sell our range of packaged tea and health food products. The ideal candidate should be confident in fieldwork, have good communication skills, and be capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships with retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors. ______________ Key Responsibilities: • Visit retail stores, supermarkets, health food outlets, and distributors to promote and sell our products. • Educate customers about product benefits, particularly the health aspects of the food items. • Generate leads and follow up consistently to close sales. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Ensure proper display and visibility of products in stores. • Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. • Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate deliveries and restocking. ______________ Requirements: • Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred). • Previous experience in FMCG or field sales is an advantage. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Passion for health and wellness products is a plus. • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area. • Must be hardworking, honest, and results-oriented. • Two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory). ______________ Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed monthly salary + Commission/Incentives. • Travel/field allowance (as applicable). • Sales-based performance rewards. • Career advancement opportunities. ______________ Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (flexible as per field schedule) ______________
