The ideal candidate should be confident in fieldwork, have good communication skills, and be capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships with retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors. ______________ Key Responsibilities: • Visit retail stores, supermarkets, health food outlets, and distributors to promote and sell our products. • Educate customers about product benefits, particularly the health aspects of the food items. • Generate leads and follow up consistently to close sales. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Ensure proper display and visibility of products in stores. • Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. • Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate deliveries and restocking. ______________ Requirements: • Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred). • Previous experience in FMCG or field sales is an advantage. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Passion for health and wellness products is a plus. • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area. • Must be hardworking, honest, and results-oriented. • Two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory). ______________ Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed monthly salary + Commission/Incentives. • Travel/field allowance (as applicable). • Sales-based performance rewards. • Career advancement opportunities. ______________ Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (flexible as per field schedule) ______________
