About the Role

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join the Sales & Marketing team at MakeO (toothsi). The role focuses on field marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue generation by promoting the company's products and services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting customer interactions, and converting opportunities into sales. This is a field-based role that requires daily travel within the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through field marketing, direct customer interactions, and local market outreach.
• Identify potential customers and create awareness about MakeO (toothsi) products and services.
• Visit residential areas, commercial locations, societies, and other potential customer zones to generate business opportunities.
• Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and communicate product benefits.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion of leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the central sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead management and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate lead details, customer interactions, and daily activity reports using CRM applications or mobile tools.
• Analyse local market opportunities and implement effective field marketing activities to improve business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, field marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, or B2C sales preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, wellness, beauty, or consumer-facing industries will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to generate leads and convert them into revenue.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location.
• Personal bike and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications, CRM tools, and reporting processes.

Work Schedule

• Work Location: Shivaji Nagar or Viman Nagar, Pune.
• Role Type: Full-time, Field-based.
• Daily market visits and customer interactions.
• Regular follow-ups and reporting on leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Working hours and weekly offs as per company policy.

Compensation

Salary plus performance-based incentives, as per company policy.
