FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – INSURANCE / DEMAT / CURRENT ACCOUNT / WEALTH PRODUCTS

Location: Guwahati

Qualification:

• HS (12th pass) with experience certificate → ₹13,000–₹18,000
• Graduate fresher → ₹14,000
• Graduate + 2 years field experience → Up to ₹20,000

Incentives: Very High (Insurance + POSP + Demat + CA)

Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM

Work Type: Full-Time Field Visits

Responsibilities:

• Source CURRENT ACCOUNTS from shops/businesses
• Sell Life & General Insurance, POSP, Demat, Wealth products
• Visit 20–25 customers/shops daily
• Collect KYC + documentation
• Daily reporting: 9.30 AM location photo + 6 PM summary

Requirements:

• HS pass + experience OR Graduate
• Smartphone + data
• Comfortable in field
• Confident talking to shopkeepers
• Immediate joining preferred

Selection Process:

1. Phone screening

2. 45-sec audio pitch

3. Offer + 7-day training (No leave except medical certificate)
