We PSHR Services and IndiaMART InterMESH Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Executives who will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. This position allows you to build new clients for the organization, and build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company. Our sales professionals focus on face-to-face sales presentations as they provide our clients an opportunity to know IndiaMART & value addition IndiaMART can bring to their respective businesses. The position holder will be an individual contributor, responsible to drive sales activities within the assigned region. Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers To generate leads from a given database & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process. To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services. To set up and deliver sales presentations, and product/service demonstrations on daily basis. To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure. Ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms. Critical Skills of Suitable Candidates: Quick thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent active listening skills Innovative vision and foresight to anticipate and create new opportunities that resonate with your customer. Qualifications 0-3 years of carrying sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum Education - Graduate or 3 year Diploma holder Freshers are also allowed Age must be between 21 Years to 30 Years Only Male Candidates allowed Incentive driven reward system, with weekly counting. Graduation is a must.
