This field-based role is ideal for a female candidate who is passionate about science, building strong professional relationships, and driving impactful business outcomes. You'll manage key client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and support the scientific ecosystem through tailored solutions. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Build and nurture long-term relationships with academic, research, and industrial clients. Identify potential leads and drive revenue growth across multiple product segments. Conduct in-person client meetings, technical discussions, and product demonstrations. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely quotes, deliveries, and post-sales service. Present customized proposals, lead negotiations, and close sales. Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and progress through CRM systems. Stay informed on industry developments to offer strategic insights and product guidance. ________________________________________ What Were Looking For Bachelors or Master’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a relevant technical discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in the lab, biotech, or scientific equipment sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong time management. Willingness to travel extensively—approximately 15–20 days per month. ________________________________________ Additional Details Bond Agreement: A 2-year service agreement is required to ensure mutual commitment, as the company invests extensively in onboarding and training.
