Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, approaching prospective clients, conducting meetings and converting leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new prospective customers and businesses.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, references and direct outreach.
• Visit companies, offices, industrial areas and commercial establishments to develop new business.
• Connect with decision-makers such as Business Owners, Facility Managers, Purchase Managers, Admin Heads and Project Heads.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and explain our services.
• Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects after meetings and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing projects.
• Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, quotations and conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident personality with a willingness to meet new people.
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Basic understanding of sales processes.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Experience in interior, civil, construction, facility management or B2B sales will be an advantage.
