Field Sales Executive – Hardware

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the hardware/fasteners industry. This role involves visiting customers, promoting our products, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit hardware shops, dealers, distributors, contractors, and project sites for product promotion and sales.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
• Report daily field activities, customer feedback, and competitor updates.
• Build brand awareness and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• Fresher / 0–1 year of experience in sales or marketing (hardware/building material/fasteners industry preferred).
• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Basic communication skills in local language Tamil
• Energetic, confident, and willing to travel extensively.
• Passion to build a career in sales and grow with the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
