About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and recommending tailored IT solutions. 3. Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product demos and presentations, communicating the value and benefits of our solutions in clear, simple terms. 4. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. 5. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and support business growth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Familiarity with virtualization, cloud services, data backup solutions, or CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM) is an advantage. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
