Designation: Field Sales Executive – Airtel

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Salary - 16500 to 25000 Take home & incentives up to 1 Lakh

Job Description:

Promote Airtel products and services through direct field marketing.
Conduct door-to-door sales and customer acquisition activities.
Distribute pamphlets and create awareness about Airtel offers.
Conduct umbrella activities, promotional campaigns and roadshows in assigned locations.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into Airtel subscribers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates.
Age: 18–33 years (as per company requirements).
Skills: Good communication and convincing skills.
Requirement: Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory as per project.
Willingness to work in the field.
