Job Description

Field Sales Executive position with the following details:

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Experience: 2–5 years

Field Sales Executive - Business Funding

Responsibilities:

Meet SME owners, merchants and builders in the field to source business funding, home finance and funding-against-property leads.
Visit potential and existing customers regularly, with five meetings per day.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking and other sources.
Explain our funding products, collect documents and coordinate with our lending partners (banks and NBFCs).
Follow up with prospects, convert leads into sales and close cases against monthly targets.
Build relationships with local DSAs, builders and trade associations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and keep customer information and activity records accurate.
Coordinate with internal teams on customer requirements.
Monitor competitor activity and share market feedback with management.

Requirements:

2-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in business funding or financial products
Good spoken Tamil and basic English
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with customer visits and field work; two-wheeler preferred
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Local area knowledge preferred
