Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience:

  2 to 7 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing.

• Skills:

  Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Strong relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach.

• Self-Motivated:

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Education:

  A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
