As an energetic sales/marketing professional with a background in Agriculture sales, your role at Biomass Lab involves overseeing the sales and marketing of agriculture products, specifically pesticides and growth promoters in the Budaun region. Your responsibilities include: - Achieving Sales targets for Budaun region by extensively traveling across the district. - Building dealer networks and collaborating with them to expand business in their respective areas. - Regularly engaging with dealers, providing coaching, and monitoring their performance. - Assisting dealers in conducting product demos and trials with farmers, resolving any field issues that may arise. - Educating dealers and farmers on the advantages of the products offered by Biomass Lab. - Ensuring timely order follow-up with headquarters for dispatch and delivery. - Reporting promptly to the Managing Director and Headquarter. - Possessing a bike and being a resident of Budaun. Key Responsibilities: - Graduate from Agriculture. - 1-2 years of experience in selling agricultural pesticides and growth promoters. - Must have a bike for commuting. Qualification Required: - Degree or diploma in Agriculture. - Experience in selling Agriculture Chemicals. - Residing in or near Badaun location.
