Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to support our healthcare recruitment operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting Home Care Nurses through field visits, nursing colleges, hospitals, nursing institutes and other potential candidate sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit nursing colleges, hospitals, nursing institutes and healthcare centres to source candidates.
• Recruit GDA's, GNM, ANM, BSc Nursing and experienced staff nurses for home care services.
• Build strong relationships with nursing colleges and placement coordinators.
• Conduct field-level recruitment activities and walk-in drives.
• Generate candidate leads and maintain a recruitment database.
• Explain job opportunities, salary packages and job requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, documentation and joining formalities.
• Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Submit daily field visit and recruitment reports.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
• Good networking and candidate-convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
• 2 Years with an interest in recruitment are welcome.
• Previous field recruitment or healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage.
